It has been a long time since I have updated this blog, really since I started my new job. I don’t think that is a time issue as much as an energy and focus issue. I don’t know about you, but for me transitions are challenging. Each day becomes about figuring out what needs to be done and then how to get it done. It is EXHAUSTING! I am never comfortable. Granted it has only been a couple of months so things will eventually settle into more of a routine, even if it is a crazy routine.
So now I am sitting on my hotel patio looking at the Pacific Ocean while Michael and Oscar are back in snowy Boston. I have time this morning to take a walk on the beach because I wake up freaking early here — hence there is plenty of time to write, but generally I play games on my laptop as that’s one way to clear my mind… and then – well there’s just not that much to say.
